Today (February 2nd, 2010), the season premier of LOST was aired nationally on ABC. I, being a LOST fanatic, watched from beginning to end; including the hour summary episode aired before hand. Before I go on to give my thoughts, and my review of the episode, let me just begin on giving some back story, as to why I love the show so much…
Lost, is not your typical prime time television show. Now and days, when you see a prime time show; it is a situational. The characters of the show embrace a new challenge every week, and the next week is all ways something different. Multiple stories surrounding the same cast and set up. However, Lost, is a continuing story; full of twists and in depth characterization. Everything that is shown to you, in Lost, is something that is vital to the whole story.
So, with out too much more explaining, here is my overview of the latest episode of Lost. If you are not familiar with the show; I would not recommend reading any further, as the story and characters are too large to explain in a single blog.
